Property Finder and Bayut list inventory. FASTRE controls liquidity. Every verified agent sees every live deal. Every bid is legally binding. Every viewing is gated by a non-circumvention agreement.

    Verified supply

    Only RERA-licensed broker agents list. ID + liveness via Sumsub plus manual credential review.

  2. 02

    Structured deal cards

    Property type, price, mortgage, seller expectation, NOC status, transfer timeline, commission split, urgency — locked at post time.

  3. 03

    Two-way bidding

    Rolling offers or timed auctions. Soft, documented, or signed-intent kinds. Proof-of-funds gated. Anti-sniping enforced.

  4. 04

    Legal gating on viewing

    Before contact details are released, both parties sign the Non-Circumvention Agreement and Commission Acknowledgment.

  5. 05

    Settlement

    Funds never touch FASTRE. Transfer proceeds through trustee offices under Dubai Land Department.

Why now

The UAE secondary market crossed AED 634B in 2025. 8–12% of that flow is fast-exit. There is no institutional venue for it — only WhatsApp groups and backchannel brokers. FASTRE is that venue.
